PAUL J. NOEL
This is the time I’ve been waiting for all of my adult life. Recently retired, I can now dedicate my days fully to my passion, painting. Working out of my studio in Wells, Maine I can explore subjects, mediums and scales with no distractions and a carefree attitude. The catalyst to this new life as a full time artist began with a magical four month painting sojourn to Paris. The experience changed my world and drives me to be the best I can be.
